OUR SERVICES
Athletic Therapy
Certified Athletic Therapists are best known for their quick-thinking on-field emergency care of professional and elite athletes. The first to respond when someone gets hurt, they are experts at injury assessment and rehabilitation. It’s that same mix of on-site care and active rehabilitation skills that makes Athletic Therapists so effective in treating the musculoskeletal (muscles, bones, and joints) injuries of all individuals, whether on the field or in the clinic.
Athletic therapists adhere to the Sports Medicine Model of care using various manual therapies, modalities, exercise prescription and even bracing and taping.
Chiropractic
Doctors of chiropractic, called ‘chiropractors’ are spine, muscle, joint and nervous system experts. They are trained in how to evaluate, diagnose, recommend and deliver a treatment plan that manages issues within these systems, according to your preferences. Based on the best available evidence, combined with their clinical expertise, your chiropractor will then work with you to determine the best treatment to relieve your pain. They will also help prevent it from returning and restore your mobility.
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy consists primarily of hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body for the purpose of optimizing health by acting on the muscular, nervous and circulatory systems. Physical function can be developed, maintained and improved; and physical dysfunction and pain and the effects of stress can be relieved or prevented through the use of Massage Therapy. Today’s Registered Massage Therapists use their knowledge of anatomy and physiology to combine traditional Swedish and modern Massage Therapy techniques with exercise and other therapies to treat their clients.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is treatment to restore, maintain, and make the most of a patient’s mobility, function, and well-being. Physiotherapy helps through physical rehabilitation, injury prevention, and health and fitness. Physiotherapists get you involved in your own recovery whether it's for your neck pain, back pain, ankle sprain, knee pain, ACL recovery, pre-surgery preparation, post-surgical rehabilitation, rotator cuff tendonitis, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome and more!
